The Surjeet hand fed
heavy duty platens are offered in a range of different Sizes
to suit different applications and industries. The Surjeet
platen presses, the moving platen stroke is performed
silently, without jerks or vibrations, as they have :
1 Carefully machined and finished bridge cam and roller.
The special cast iron used guarantees high
performance for years.
2 Helical gear wheel, cast steel, with matched thrust
pads.
3 All clearances reduced to minimum, due to careful
matching, finishing and assembly.
4 For all shafts - high quality steel is used.
5 Suitable bearing for all shafts and pivots are used.
6 Eachplaten (moving and fixed) carefully machined and
finished to obtain perfectly level surfaces.
