Surjeet Industries Heavy duty Hand fed platens are designed for die-cutting, creasing and embossing jobs in Papers, Card Boards, Corrugated Boards, Fibre Boards, Cork Boards, Leather, Plastic, rubber & Elastometers, Linoleum and PVC materials, etc.

Our Heavy Duty Platen is compact in size and rigid. It is equipped with efficient high electro magnetic system to ensure efficiency in the operation. It helps to impression adjustment by its quality feature known as micro setting. Quick and simple adjustment of impression is made through two eccentric bushes and the amount of impression can be easily read off on a graduated scale. We use special cast iron that guarantees high performance. While the moving platen is performing its action there is no noise pollution created. The platens are made of high class material connecting rods that maintains optimum operating efficiency.

Surjeet Industries Platen Die Cutters are wide opening presses and can be equipped with the money saving Hot Foil Embossing, the most advanced foil stamper. It carries the capacity to run 2,3 even 4 colors while using the full width of machines to match the sheet size. For each individual job the number of repeats and the length of pull are fully programmable. We ensure Minimum Foil Waste and Maximum Profit.

Unpacking and Inspection
1. Carefully unpack the unit and inspect for any obvious signs of physical
    damage that might have occurred during shipment.

2. Check the outside of the unit for missing or loose mounting screws or broken
    parts.

3. If there is shipping damage or the unit fails to operate properly upon receipt,
    report damage to the carrier immediately and notify Surjeet Industries within
    30 days of receipt of unit. Failing to report any damage within this time
    period is the same as acknowledging that the unit was received undamaged.

4. If returning the product for repair you must:

     • Return the unit in the original, or equivalent, shipping container.
     • Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from the
       factory prior to the return of the product to Surjeet Industries
       for repair.
     • Place RMA numbers clearly on the shipping container or on the
       packing slip.
